BOYSEN®® Chalk Blocker™ B‑7304 Masonry Surface Conditioner
BOYSEN®® Chalk Blocker™ is an eco-friendly acrylic water-based masonry surface conditioner. This low-VOC formulation is designed to treat chalky, water-based or solvent-based paint providing a sound surface for succeeding coats. It is especially useful in repainting interior and exterior surfaces.

SERVICE CONDITIONS
For good integration over chalky substrates, allow to dry for 24 hours before recoating with a suitable topcoat.
SURFACE PREPARATION
Scrape off all loose, scaling, flaking, and peeling paint manually.
In case of mildew infestation, treat with a bleach solution (1:3, laundry bleach to water, respectively) by swabbing or brushing. To ensure proper treatment, allow to stand on surface for 24 hours before cleaning off residue. Let dry.
PAINTING SCHEDULE
Apply BOYSEN®® Chalk Blocker™ generously over chalky surfaces, making sure all areas are covered. Allow 24 hours to dry in order to allow the surface conditioner to penetrate through the pores of the substrate before applying the topcoat.
