Features:

Description: Konstrukt® Permaplast™ High-Performance Acrylic Render, an acrylic based body filler for interior and exterior use that is mixed with cement. It is applied on concrete to correct surface imperfections like bubbles, honeycomb and concrete defects on waviness and plumbness from 3mm to 7mm thick. Applied together with K201 High-performance Acrylic Skimkote to a achieve a even and smooth concrete surface.

Principal Uses:

• Fixes wall imperfections from 3mm to 7mm thick.
• Body filler prior to application of K201 Konstrukt® Permaplast™ High Performance Acrylic Skimkote
• Minimizes cracking and improve water resistance.
• Improves alkali resistance.

SURFACE DRY: 30 min.
APPLICATION: Apply with trowel or putty knife.

POTLIFE: Thirty (30) minutes
Packaging: Available in 16-liter and 4-liter cans.

Instructions

Mixing Procedure:
Put Konstrukt® Permaplast™ High-Performance Skimcoat on a suitable container (plastic bucket) and mix it with cement at 1:1 ratio by weight until a lump-free homogeneous paste is reached. Pot-life is thirty (30) minutes. Do not add water. Use Portland cement (for ordinary cement color) or white cement (to produce a white finish).
 
APPLICATION:
1. Using a steel trowel, apply the mixture thinly on the surface by pressing the edge of the trowel firmly on the concrete until all areas are covered.
2. Let it dry for at least 30 minutes before applying K201 Konstrukt® Permaplast™ High Performance Acrylic Skimkote.
 
Note: Do not apply on painted surfaces.
